ALL the mother of pearl detail is original as is the pewter stringing
Original solid brass hinges
Original lock sadly no key
Lined with deep red velvet and vibrant red printed marbled paper
There is a removable tray depth 1.5cm
Storage below is just shy of 3cm
Size of box is 20cm x 12cm x 8cm
The finish is French polish
The base has blue cotton leather

NB There is a veneer repair at the back of the box, hopefully blended in well. Veneer repairs are commensurate with age
